One was a coolant flush/change, which was done at another dealer 10,000 miles ago. Brings into question a couple other items recommended for fixing. Oil changes, with appt, as we had should take no longer than 45 minutes. Our first oil change here was 2 1/2 hrs, so getting better but a ways to go. People were friendly, courteous, and price was reasonable. But customer's time needs to be addressed. More

Dissapointed I brought my 2016 Honda Coupe EXL into the service center for 3 issues. #1 Why the volume setting changed. I had my volume set to 26 for the past year I brought my 2016 Honda Coupe EXL into the service center for 3 issues. #1 Why the volume setting changed. I had my volume set to 26 for the past year and then for some reason I had to adjust it to 12 for the same sound volume. They couldn't answer why. It's not a big deal was just curious why it changed after a year. # 2 My Samsung cell phone wouldn't connect to the Bluetooth to play music from an app on my phone. After 2 hours I was told there is something wrong with my phone. I went to the Verizon store with the intention of having to buy a new phone. The Verizon tech took my phone and went out to my car and in under 5 minutes from the time I walked into the store had my connecting issues resolved. My point is Honda tech's should be familiar with how cell phone interface with Honda audio systems. #3 My back seat release didn't always disengage. When I asked if it had been adjusted the response was "we forgot to look at it". After 2 hours I told them to forget about it I'll find a way to adjust it myself. I never have written comments before because I figured no one ever looked at them but in this case it made me feel better. More
