Actually listens to what you concerns are and works to solve the issue. Everytime I leave after service I end up getting better service than I even expected. I was kept up to date on what was happening by the most excellent service advisor I have ever had, who happens to be new there. His name is Lester Corzo, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs excellent attention given to their vehicle. Lester handled a problem for me that no one else had ever offered to solve. The tire pressure warning light habitually comes on, which I find very annoying, and he showed me how to reset it, for which I am so grateful! You will find great service at Honda of Fort Myers! More
