Great customer care service Our Odyssey 2016 needed oil change but we were having some concerns about the steering wheel vibrating every time we press the break. It was because of the ROTOR that needed to be replaced. After explaining to KEN OATIS our customer care agent it is Honda's problem not ours because the break pads are still good and the ROTOR bad, he went to the manager and get it fix for FREE. On top of all that he gave us a 20% discount on the oil change. We only want HONDA to recall this defectuous ROTOR More
typical these days I took my car because it was running rough then shutting off. They called in an hour and said the car was overheating because the fan was not worki I took my car because it was running rough then shutting off. They called in an hour and said the car was overheating because the fan was not working, and that there might be other problems. The next morning they called and said it needed a new fan, the cost was $585.34 they also said the head gasket was blown and would cost $1216.17 and it needed a new thermostat for $182.04 I said no way I would pick the car up. then they said they would negotiate the price, are you kidding me. I took the car home and checked the fan and they were right the radiator fan was not working. I bought a new one for $36.00 and installed it myself, after watching a you tube for five minutes I am no mechanic by any means but after removing 4 screws I changed the fan in about 15 minutes. The car runs perfect, there is no water in the oil or oil in the coolant and no leakage around the head, so the head gasket is fine. the car heats up but doesn't overheat so the thermostat is fine. for $36 and fifteen minutes I saved over $2000!!!!!!! they did charge me $141 to look at the car which is ok even though they didn't do anything they did tell me what was wrong with the car as far as the fan. Most people would believe them and be happy because the car would run fine, never knowing how bad they had been ripped off. This is typical of most car repair shops and too many other service businesses as well. are there any honest people left???? More

I am a Senior Citizen still working with special needs kids using my car. I can't do it in Fort Myers without Air! I've been with Honda Fort Myers since 2002. This time Lester is my hero. He assisted me getting a loaner car so I could keep working, He trouble shooted obtaining parts coming from California and the dealership through Lester's efforts helped reduce the bill to less than originally estimated. Thank you Honda. I'm Cool now. More
