Disappointed Asked the service dept to run a diagnostic on the engine as we were planning to drive the van across the country. After all is said and done, they ran Asked the service dept to run a diagnostic on the engine as we were planning to drive the van across the country. After all is said and done, they ran a safety check on the car instead (i.e., brakes, tire treads, battery, etc.). The advisor did not mention anything about the engine nor did the paperwork. I can't understand how they skipped this request, especially when I chose the "engine diagnostic" service when making the appointment on the website. This is one reason why I do most of my own maintenance and repair at home. More

I have taken 4 different Honda products to this dealership and have been super satisfied with the results. The dealership works with me, explains what is recommended to be done and gives me the option of what work to be performed with absolutely no pressure. I am satisfied with their prices.
