Service work Received an email with some coupons for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled an app't and took my CRV in. Turned out that when they did their Received an email with some coupons for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled an app't and took my CRV in. Turned out that when they did their inspection the battery was below minimums. They replaced it and since I was still just short of the end of my warranty period it cost me nothing. In another few months I would have spent $125 or so to replace that battery. In addition to the oil change and tire rotation I had coupons for, I also had them replace the windshield wiper blades, front and rear. Total cost $58 and change. With the $125 savings mentioned above, it was a great deal. Oh yeah, they also washed the car. Can't say they aren't trying! More
