How much? Let’s face it, dealerships are not known for low cost repairs and this was no different. I just use you because I hope you will fix it right the first Let’s face it, dealerships are not known for low cost repairs and this was no different. I just use you because I hope you will fix it right the first time...this seems to be the case so far, so yeah. What dragged this down for me was having a tire rotation added to my service request, that I never requested and then had it not been for my reminding Ivan the I knew that when I purchased four tires from Honda (it’s right there on your computer) I was not going to be charged for the service for the life of the tires??? Little thing, but if I’m gonna pay dealership service prices, I expect to have Honda expertise and not to have added costs placed on my bill...you can see I choose you for my service (despite being told by others not to) so it would make me feel valued as a loyal customer, if you would take time to listen to what service I ask for and follow through with any of the extended services you’ve promised. Thanks More

I could have been charged for everything but they came back and told me all I really needed was the oil change. Other places would not be so honest the spot by my house I never go to due to bad experiences I actually drive a hour to get my car serviced just for the outstanding customer service I get from the friendly staff they have.
