Pushy service reps Felt the service reps were pushy. Went in for a free oil change and left paying over $200. Also had a service rep go help someone before me, even though I had been there almost 5 mins earlier and then claim they were here first even though the big TVs hanging it in the service area track times that cars enter. Place is xxxxxxxx. Also took almost 2 hours to get an oil change. Save your time and money and go to jiffy lube More

Excellent experience at Service Center 11/15/19 Came in for recommended services from my last visit about a month ago. My previous service rep wasn’t there so Tyler was able to help me out. Overall Came in for recommended services from my last visit about a month ago. My previous service rep wasn’t there so Tyler was able to help me out. Overall he did an excellent job getting some of the work covered by my warranty and then prioritizing services that needed attention. Additionally due to the amount of work being done and the time it would take, Tyler helped me with a Lyft to/from the dealership so I wasn’t waiting around for hours while my car was being worked on. Overall it was a pleasant and great experience, definitely will return when my car needs additional service. More

I received a next day appointment following my call which was certainly appreciated considering the danger Tanaka airbags pose! The service was completed in the time frame promised by Erick and he even performed a free safely check. Because my Crosstour was recently purchased, I’m quite grateful for that. All and all, a very impressive experience! More
