Impatient Advisor but great mechanical work done I was given Danielle because Jamie is gone. Danielle was very impatient while I tried to explain my car issues and said "I m looking through your car I was given Danielle because Jamie is gone. The mechanic promptly fixed the problem and SO FAR it runs great. Wish you wouldnt try and upsell so much. Tried to sell me a battery even though I told them it was under a warranty from elsewhere. Price seemed high. AND WE SURE WILL MISS YOUR SHUTTLE DRIVER.😕 More

Service is good. But I have an unsolved issue. Again service is good. Everyone I encountered are very nice. However, I bought my car couple months ago and I had a paper saying that I’m entitled for Again service is good. Everyone I encountered are very nice. However, I bought my car couple months ago and I had a paper saying that I’m entitled for free oil service for 2 years. They didn’t have a copy of it nor have it on the system. Didn’t think that I need to bring with me as I didn’t bring the first time and it was honored. But not this time. They charged me full amount $199+tax. Went back home find the paper call the service department. They told me that I need to bring the paper in and they have no idea what paper I’m talking about. I live in Marco Island, it’s long drive. I just think maybe there is better ways to confirm if I’m entitled for free service or not. Not sure why I have to explain myself and waste my time. More
