Service is deteriorating I arrived on time for my appointment and I was told it would be 2 hours for my oil change which meant I'd have to sit there for that long but I've com I arrived on time for my appointment and I was told it would be 2 hours for my oil change which meant I'd have to sit there for that long but I've come to accept that. They did come in under that time but when i got to my car no one had taken the paper mat, plastic or the water sign out of my car so i had to clean this myself. This is completely unacceptable and not expected from this dealership. The cashier was fabulous as always and made my day with her kind smile. More

Replace rear brakes and turn rotors Service was very slow; I was there at 7 am. Danielle was very helpful. Vending machines virtually empty; cashier gave me a bottle of water. I had the rotors turned because I was told that after-market rotors cost $150 EACH. I called a parts store a short distance away and they had them for $40 each. Online name brand rotors are $30 each. I end with a question; is it Honda ‘s policy to mark up parts as much as 400%? I think that’s sad. JD More
