Unethical practices by the VEP Manager Callejo Soon after I left, I received a text from this man Callejo saying they learned something about my car and wanted me to contact them. I suspected it was a ploy, and the next day I was right. He wanted to buy my car, which of course means that they have one to sell me. I cannot believe that this is an acceptable policy of corporate Honda. More

Long wait for an oil change left with system update not done I went in for a scheduled oil change. Waited close to 2 hours. With the employee making the decision not to send my car to the car wash since I’ve bee I went in for a scheduled oil change. Waited close to 2 hours. With the employee making the decision not to send my car to the car wash since I’ve been waiting so long.. but I wish they would have checked with me first. After waiting almost 2 hours I’d at least like to leave with with a clean car! I also left with the orange light on my screen for a system update that was clearly needed. This was my first service here after leasing my odyssey in July. I am new to all these updates and it would have been nice to have it taken care of for me in my first service visit. All the employees were very friendly. More
