Rear Camera Replacement setup an appointment and was in very quick with friendly service and the service time wait was only 2 hours which is great for a saturday! Work done when promised My 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid had a recall on the emission battery. I was able to bring it in at my earliest convenience and waited there while it was My 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid had a recall on the emission battery. I was able to bring it in at my earliest convenience and waited there while it was addressed. I was told maximum of 2 hours and it was ready in an hour and a half. There is a computer one could access if so desired and complimentary coffee in a room that shows a movie. There was a newspaper to read and the waiting room was very comfortable. Since it was a recall, the price for repairs was free. More

Brandon Doucette , the service specialist, did everything possible to get the car repaired as soon as the dealership had the parts for the A/C system. We appreciated Brandon keeping us informed and helping to speed up the process.
