Worst ever I called and was told it wasn't busy and work would take about an hour and a half Got there and there were seven cars ahead of me After 1 hour. And 40 minutes I was handed an estimate of over $750 to change brake pads and rotors on the rear only, oil change and misc fluid changes they tried to push After pointing out that I was being charged over $150 to change two rotors which takes 5 minutes after the calipers are removed I was told he accidentally charged me for labor twice. The qote dropped to $580 just for brakes and oil change. When I asked for the rotor cost I was given two options, the cheapest was around$120 each. While work proceeded I checked three local parts stores and found them for $40 After more than 3 hours I was presented with a bill for $580 I informed Andrew that I had done the same work over20 times and could do it for $100 in parts and less than 2 hourd I said I was being ripped off and demand to see the manager. I never saw him but aftet 15 minutes a CODING ERROR was found and the bill reduced to $370 I informed all customers waiting they better check their bills and left I am contacting the better business bureau to inform them How many others people did you overcharge that day who didn't know it This is either gross incompetence or deliberate fraud IHell of a way to run a business More
