Long day, but fun. Well worth the wait. I was having trouble with my car’s driving performance. Due to traffic, I was late for my appointment. The shop was extremely busy so I anticipated I was having trouble with my car’s driving performance. Due to traffic, I was late for my appointment. The shop was extremely busy so I anticipated I long wait. A Tech needed to test drive to experience the concern I had. Turns out I needed at least 2 tires, and probably 4. The Customer Support was very patient and helpful with my concerns. I chose a set of tires, then we focused on two other issues that the Techs had discovered. I opted to have them address one of the issues, and put off having the other issue done at that time. Since the Techs were going to be busy installing and balancing the tires, as well as fixing the noted issue, I decided to take a look at some of the new cars on the lot, and one in particular on the showroom floor. Before long I had three or four salesmen trying to convince me that I needed that shiny new car! Insisting that if I would just take a test drive, I would be smitten, and drive out with the car of my dreams. (Which it really is, but I’m not ready to trade in my older model just yet). Don’t get me wrong, this was not a over pressured sales push, we were having fun while I waited for my car to be fixed. (It is 16 years old, and still going strong, knock on wood!, so I can’t blame the Salesmen for teasing me into an new purchase). I did finally go for a test drive in the showroom floor model, and sweet as it was, and as much as I would have loved to drive away with it, I just could not justify a purchase at this time, but it sure was fun. It was a blast, despite the fact that that I had been there for six hours! The day went by very quickly, and when I am ready to make that move, you can bet that I will go back to Honda of Fort Myers to make the big purchase! I just hope the the same Salesmen are still there to guide me through!... More

Traveling...very relieved to be repaired. Dealt with Danielle from start to finish. Had a couple times when voicemails weren’t answered but realized later Honda was switching systems. Surprise Brandon said, with a wash and oil change it would take up to 2 hours and was that all right. We said it would be fine we would go for lunch. Overall OK Was called to take my truck in for a recall inspection of the fuel pump. Started a little rocky when service greeter. My appointment was scheduled for 5:00pm, when I arrived the greeter told me we had a problem and that the service dept. closed at 5:00pm. I spoke with the manager and he took care of everything. All ended well, fuel pump checked, took about 1 1/2hours, but was OK and we were on our way. More

excellent service! needed a new transmission. they arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up at my residence and took me to the Enterprise rent a car. was given a nice ca needed a new transmission. they arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up at my residence and took me to the Enterprise rent a car. was given a nice car to use while they replaced the transmission. got my car back in 3 days. ALL at no charge since it was under warranty. Honda of Fort Myers really took care of me while my car was being worked on!
