Splash shield was repaired in good time. On our trip south to visit friends, the underbody splash shield on our Civic dropped down and was scraping on the road when we hit dips. Honda of Ft Myers was close by to where we were staying and were easy to deal with. The replacement of the damaged part was done efficiently. The part had to be ordered from off-site. Even so, the job was completed in a little more than 24 hours. The complimentary car wash was most appreciated. The only negative factor was the top-dollar price of the Honda part, but that was not a surprise. Danielle Wagner handled the whole thing very well. More

Very poor experience Came in for oil change with coupon for $29 semi synthetic or $39 for full synthetic, I tolhim semi synthetic. He then told them lied to me or didn’t know better to get the extra $10, oh no it requires 0-20w synthetic oil and it would be $39. I said no I don’t think it requires synthetic. He said it does. I wasn’t going to argue assuming he was honest and should be an expert. I asked him how long and he said about an hour. It took nearly 2 hours which is ridiculous for an oil change and a quick wash. When I got to my car I immediately looked in my owners manual and it stated,”recommended oil is premium grade 0w-20 detergent oil with an API certification seal.. You MAY also use synthetic motor oil if it is labeled with the API Certification.” I walked back inside to show him but he was nowhere around. Then I got in to leave and my seat was so far forward I could barely get in, I am 6’1. I pushed my memory button 1 so it would go to my setting and it didn’t move so the guy who must have been very short must have inadvertently hit the memory button and changed my setting. He or she also pushed my steering column sled all the way in and left it. Then to add insult to injury my steering wheel was so sticky from something that I had to wash it when I got home! NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE BETWEEN THIS PLACE AND THE ACURA DEALER THAT I USUALLY GO. I was figuring $29 so I figured I’d save $20 over what Acura charges with a tire rotation which I figured I didn’t need as I had it the last time. I figured Honda dealer should be same as Acura , what a mistake. More
