Poor service and very rude Went in on Friday it took 3 hours to check why vehicle had a wobble to it and replace 2 front tires, also had to order new rim, was told it would be i Went in on Friday it took 3 hours to check why vehicle had a wobble to it and replace 2 front tires, also had to order new rim, was told it would be in on Saturday and would call me to let me know. On Saturday no one called, no one called Monday so i called Monday afternoon and spoke a rude receptionist who informed me my rim had came in but its too late to put on my car today and would have to reschedule it for another day mind you i have already paid for the service that they are telling me i have to wait for them to do it at their convenience. My car has only been serviced at Homda dealerships since I've had it until i moved to Ft. Myers they are the worst dealership I've ever dealt with they never vacuum or wash the car or refill things like washer fluid and they dont refill the oil after performing oil changes i had to buy oil and fill it up myself so i stopped taking my vehicle there i went there to get a diagnostic ran on the vehicle to see why it was wobbling and ran into problems trying to get that simple task completed smh just a terrible dealership that i wouldnt recommend to any one. More

Excellent Experience I moved to Fort Myers about 6 months ago. My car has not needed service until yesterday. I was getting ready to leave the parking lot of grocery sto I moved to Fort Myers about 6 months ago. My car has not needed service until yesterday. I was getting ready to leave the parking lot of grocery store. When I pushed in button on the gearshift, it snapped off and flew across the car. I was able to use my finger to get the car in Drive but as I pulled into this Honda dealer, I realized I could not get my car into Park. I was trully panicked and asked another customer to go inside and get me help. A wonderful lady came out and immediately put me at ease. She had me hold down on the brake while she used a screwdriver to get the Park gear engaged. These people were all so nice and got my car fixed in less than 90 minutes. Thank you, Danielle also!
