Extremely poor customer service. I was skipped over at check-in with an appointment. I received attitude when I requested help. A woman rolled her eyes at me when I mentioned that I h I was skipped over at check-in with an appointment. I received attitude when I requested help. A woman rolled her eyes at me when I mentioned that I hadn't received any wiper fluid. 2 hour wait on an oil-change. I am in the market for another car for my son, & this made me rethink Honda.
