Good Service, Upset it’s not exceptional We bought our car from the Ft Myers location we got service at this day Orgiablky I was given one bad key and a “newish from a lease/ used key”. I ask We bought our car from the Ft Myers location we got service at this day Orgiablky I was given one bad key and a “newish from a lease/ used key”. I asked for a replacement during my service, this was one reason I came in. The other key already broke & was unusable. I do have insurance that covers keys, and I am overally upset because today my key officially broke. I lost the actually metal to the key and was stranded with my dog, and to make matters worse, we have no family in town to go get my other broken one to see if I could possibly use it to get home. I am disappointed that each time, when I bought my car and when I got it serviced and ask specially about new keys, I was blown off. It’s unforentant that this wasn’t taken care of when I bought the car. Because of this bad taste & in my mind worst case senerio. I will be more then likely bringining my car to someone else to service. I have new break pads & new tires to be purchased. Honestly the details matter and they need just as much attention as the big issues. Being in customer service myself, you can try your best to make someone happy, but until you go above and beyond.. anything can mess it up. More

Emergency quick Repairs We have a Honda Odyssey less than a year old. The car had a small problem with the charging of the battery. They also fixed some problems with the sliding door and washed the car. We had some Mocas, some popcorn and saw a movie at the dealers while waiting.
