Seat Belt Warranty I own a 1991 Honda Accord LX and it contains seatbelt that automatically raise. The drivers side seatbelt began to malfunction and wouldn’t work anymore. I went to this service center as research revealed that Honda has a lifetime warranty on seatbelts from several models. Andrew Jenkins, the service advisor that helped me out got right on the job and took it in under warranty without any issues. Even though they were dealing wth old parts, they were ordered in quickly and the problem was repaired in only a few days. The entire issue was completely covered and I encountered no issues with payment. There was some issue with communication as it was tough to receive a response from time to time through their texting service or via calling the line given to me. They claimed there were issues with the phones. There also seemed to be initial opposition to the warranty when I brought it in, but the service advisor completes asaquete research and took the car in. All in all there were some minor issues but the job got done as it should’ve with no major problems to report. They were friendly and the advisor seemed to be genuine with the help I received. More
Convenient and Professional First time dropping my car off at the late night drop off for the first time. Got a text in the am (2 hours before my scheduled appointment) saying my First time dropping my car off at the late night drop off for the first time. Got a text in the am (2 hours before my scheduled appointment) saying my car was getting a wash and was all complete!! Wow!! I will for sure be using this convenient option again!! I LOVED that I got up to date texts and emails on my car, and that I knew exactly what to pay and when to come in. I can’t tell you how hard it is to bring 2 kids to a dealership and know that my car was 100% completed and there was zero wait! Thank you very much to the sales and service team at Honda of Fort Myers!!! You guys really know how to give outstanding service!!! More

Changed my oil only to leak out half the oil in my car Got my oil changed on March 28th. I picked up my car and went home. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to an emergency call with my business Got my oil changed on March 28th. I picked up my car and went home. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to an emergency call with my business I got home at 1 in the morning only to discover my car has been leaking oil the entire time. Oil spilled all over my driveway and even left a path out of my driveway and down the road that I drove down the night before. Call first thing the next morning and spoke to my service consultant who informed me that she noticed a large oil spot where my car had been leaking. She stated she tried to call me but the phone number was not working. She also informed me that she texted me which I never received. I don't understand why their phone wouldn't work to call me when they called me earlier. And she's never should have stopped until she got a hold of me. Spoke to management after her they towed my car down to Honda and fix the problem it was a bad gasket. They towed my car back at no charge. They also promise to clean my driveway to get rid of all the oil stains from their mistake. I am not happy that this happened because this is my second incident with the service department. But I have to say Travis the manager is going above and beyond to make sure that the problem has been completely fixed. Still waiting to get information from Honda and who to send the estimates for pressure washing my entire driveway. Because of the manager's actions is why this is getting a two-star review. If it wasn't for him this would only be getting a one-star More

Honda Pilot I was very pleased with the service manager. She told me and showed me how and where the mechanic found a 4” cut on my tire as he inspected the tires I was very pleased with the service manager. She told me and showed me how and where the mechanic found a 4” cut on my tire as he inspected the tires for a rotation. Her genuine concern for my safety as well as those who may be traveling with me or whom I may unfortunately come into contact with if my tire should fail while traveling in Florida or on way home to Pennsylvania.
