i wish contracts were explained before I signed The contracts were printed & I asked for explanations. I kept signing. If the contracts were explained to me & told what the charges were in advance & The contracts were printed & I asked for explanations. I kept signing. If the contracts were explained to me & told what the charges were in advance & how much I would be financing I could have made a decision to finance or pay cash!! I asked about new car contract was still in affect. It wasn't?? I was not informed that I had to pay additional $1000 for Xzilon until after contract printed. I was not told the finance 5.5% amount or the dollar amount. I did ask about it & did not know until after printing contract. Things were not explained until after the contract was signed. I did ask during signing & still kept signing. My fault?? Hmmmm. I feel dealership is responsible ultimately for what did cause my low rating. More

Great experience with Julio at Fort Myers Honda! I visited Honda of Fort Myers due to an ad I received in the mail and my daughter and I were greeted by Julio when we arrived who quickly assessed my I visited Honda of Fort Myers due to an ad I received in the mail and my daughter and I were greeted by Julio when we arrived who quickly assessed my situation and provided me with some options that could work for me. This was the first time I had shopped for a vehicle on my own and I was fairly nervous as So many people had warned me that I could get taken advantage of due to my lack of experience. After looking at several pre-owned cars that would fit my budget, I came across a me 2018 Honda Civic sport that I fell in love with! (Other than I had to give up my power seats:() Julio was able to work out a deal that kept me within my budget and I was able to drive home in my new car. Due to the ad being run, the dealership was extremely busy and financing department was a bit backed up. Julio again went above and beyond and went to a local restaurant to pick up some dinner for my daughter who was being as patient as could be expected after a long day of car shopping. I have to say, I will definitely return to Honda of Fort Myers due to the care and diligence the entire team provided to make sure I was happy when I left. More

Way Too Pushy and Inconsiderate! I would much rather give zero stars!! My experience at Honda of Ft. Myers was beyond horrible. I walked in knowing what vehicle I wanted and what I co I would much rather give zero stars!! My experience at Honda of Ft. Myers was beyond horrible. I walked in knowing what vehicle I wanted and what I could afford as monthly payments. As someone with good credit, I knew that it was a reasonable ask. I spent three hours with a salesman who constantly tried to get me to sign a line that he kept drawing on a paper for deals that did not work for me. He wanted me to commit to a price that wasn't in my range. Since he couldn't "seal the deal", another salesman came to assist. At this point, I am sitting at a desk with two salesmen attempting to pressure me into a deal in which I told them over and over again I could not afford. I am a strong woman, and I was very straightforward. However, it was very inappropriate and certainly not a way to gain a customer or provide superior customer service. I walked out feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and never wanting to walk into a dealership again. I can not hold this horrible experience against Honda as a whole, but I will certainly never recommend Honda of Ft. Myers to anyone. More
