Stressful experience/$1500 warranty added without knowing Being a first time car buyer my girlfriend and I visited Honda Of Fort Myers to look at a car on their used car lot. To make a long story short, we we Being a first time car buyer my girlfriend and I visited Honda Of Fort Myers to look at a car on their used car lot. To make a long story short, we were pressured the whole 3 hours we were there by a very unprofessional salesman to sign on a deal we could not afford, which made us feel very uncomfortable. After finally agreeing to a price, we did the paperwork and told this salesman MULTIPLE times we could not go over that price and to not add any warranty’s, etc. on. A week later when the loan processed we find out that a $1500 warranty had been added on without us knowing. When trying to contact someone at Honda for help to change this, we were thrown in a loop, being continually transferred, put on hold, and hung up on. We were literally told by employees that they didn’t want to get involved with this situation. I would never recommend going to this dealership due to the shady and very untrustworthy sales staff we worked with. More
