Oil change I went for an oil change. David the service agent was very professional and courteous. He even threw in a new filter and tire rotation, and a car wash I went for an oil change. After visiting the Buick dealer where their deal turned out to be $362/month I was frustrated. Honda of Ft. Myers called me that same day to see if I was stopping by. I told them my Buick story and asked them not to waste my time if the results were going to be similar. They assured me they would not. I met Julian at 9:30 AM, drove the car, did the paperwork and left by noon in my new Civic @ $199 / month. He even arranged to have my rental picked up at the dealership! I have been buying and leasing new cars for 45 years and NEVER had a more positive experience. He’s the best! More
