Car repair Diagnosed problem quickly but took 2 days to get part and another whole day to fix. Long time without a car but had another to use. i wish contracts were explained before I signed The contracts were printed & I asked for explanations. I kept signing. If the contracts were explained to me & told what the charges were in advance & The contracts were printed & I asked for explanations. I kept signing. If the contracts were explained to me & told what the charges were in advance & how much I would be financing I could have made a decision to finance or pay cash!! I asked about new car contract was still in affect. It wasn't?? I was not informed that I had to pay additional $1000 for Xzilon until after contract printed. I was not told the finance 5.5% amount or the dollar amount. I did ask about it & did not know until after printing contract. Things were not explained until after the contract was signed. I did ask during signing & still kept signing. My fault?? Hmmmm. I feel dealership is responsible ultimately for what did cause my low rating. More
