Fantastic Job, As Usual! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, a couple of things were identified as needing service. I chose one of them (brake fluid I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, a couple of things were identified as needing service. I chose one of them (brake fluid change) and I was out the door. Most of the time, they do not find extra things. I have 100% full trust in my service advisor, Dave Doden. He ALWAYS treats me fairly and honestly. I can not say enough good things about this service department. Karen (check-in person) is marvelous! Carmen (cashier) is wonderful! What can I say? An Almost Perfect Experience Our Salesman was great -- knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Made a sometimes stressful experience, much more comfortable. We highly recommend him. We also dealt with Mr. JB Bassila, and found him to also be a helpful, and customer friendly salesperson. We KNOW we were very lucky to have worked with them both. Our only negative occurred when we went through the financial part of the transaction. We were VERY misinformed and NOT informed of choices and associated costs, and NOT given totals until the next day. We then had to return to the dealership to get everything cancelled and changed. A VERY unnecessary stressful part of our experience that SHOULD NOT EVER HAPPEN. So far, we love our new Honda Accord, and hopefully all little issues will be dealt with. More
