Above and Beyond I dropped my new Accord for a repair of a part that did not work properly. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered, BUT instead of me coming back I dropped my new Accord for a repair of a part that did not work properly. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered, BUT instead of me coming back to make another appointment, they replaced my defective part with the same part off another new Accord, so I would not have to reschedule my repair. This being my first car I was nervous that I would be leaving with no car or a pricey car. I felt at ease as soon as we got in the car. Julian was informative and friendly the whole time. Julian took the time to explain to me everything I was confused about or lacked knowledge. I really felt like my time was valued and that they cared more about me then selling me a car. I have already started to recommended them to my friends and family. I love my car and I’m glad I was able to work with Julian and Jacob. More
