Unexpectedly GREAT service! I’ll admit that I’m always hesitant to have my car serviced, for many reasons. But, to my pleasant surprise, I was greeted with a warm welcome by num I’ll admit that I’m always hesitant to have my car serviced, for many reasons. But, to my pleasant surprise, I was greeted with a warm welcome by numerous associates, and many stopped to say hello to my 8 month old son while we were in the waiting area. One gentlemen brought my son a balloon to keep him occupied while we waited, which I thought was a very kind gesture. My car was serviced and I was out of there in the time promised. One hour. The one thing that I feel is an opportunity for the dealership is to offer loaner vehicles. There are times when waiting is not an option. Thank you! More

Two great service advisors! I gave the above rating only because of Aamir Khan and Christopher Sutton - these two service advisors restored my faith in this dealership ! I had be I gave the above rating only because of Aamir Khan and Christopher Sutton - these two service advisors restored my faith in this dealership ! I had been without air conditioning in my leased 2016 Honda Civic for over two weeks, I took it in for an evaluation and it needed a new compressor which had to be ordered and the part would arrive the following week. another week went by and no phone call - I called and tried to find out if it was in and was transferred around for a half hour with no connection to a person! I hung up. ! Two hours later a representative called and apologized and said yes we have the part bring your car in. I drive back to this dealership only to find the person that called was not there. My patience was gone and I was stressed. Aamir came to my rescue and scheduled the repair for the next day and Honda gave me a rental for overnight. Chris Sutton called Saturday when the car was ready and again apologized. These two restored my faith in Honda and this dealership. I believe some of the confusion lies in the fact the incoming phone calls have been outsourced! Bad decision More
