Scam Artists DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. These men will do everything they can to get every last penny out of you. I was told that all of the paperwork I signed DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. These men will do everything they can to get every last penny out of you. I was told that all of the paperwork I signed would be available to me on a jump drive. Well I checked the jump drive and only the paperwork done with the financial advisor is on it. None of the paperwork I signed with the dealer is on there, including the paperwork that promised a dent to be taken care of in my car. The man I worked with was named Joe V. and he seemed more interested in taking smoke breaks than giving me good customer service. He said he'd call me the following day with a total service history of the car I purchased, but the next day he proceeded to dodge all my calls. The black gentleman who was the financial advisor for the sale was very rude and curt to both my mother and me, especially when I told him I wasn't interested in financing the vehicle. He proceeded to give me a limp weak handshake without looking me in the eye after I extended my hand for a thank you after all the paperwork was filed. All these men care about is making money so if customer service is something important to you, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP More
