Above and Beyond I dropped my new Accord for a repair of a part that did not work properly. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered, BUT instead of me coming back I dropped my new Accord for a repair of a part that did not work properly. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered, BUT instead of me coming back to make another appointment, they replaced my defective part with the same part off another new Accord, so I would not have to reschedule my repair. Now I call that pretty great. More work on their part, but much better for me! So far, a great service department. More

Easy and fun I bought my first car yesterday with Julian and Jacob. Before arriving I talked to Jacob and was very pleased with how much he cared to help and got c I bought my first car yesterday with Julian and Jacob. Before arriving I talked to Jacob and was very pleased with how much he cared to help and got car ready for a test drive before I arrived. I got to the dealership and Jacob sat us down with Julian. This being my first car I was nervous that I would be leaving with no car or a pricey car. I felt at ease as soon as we got in the car. Julian was informative and friendly the whole time. Julian took the time to explain to me everything I was confused about or lacked knowledge. I really felt like my time was valued and that they cared more about me then selling me a car. I have already started to recommended them to my friends and family. I love my car and I’m glad I was able to work with Julian and Jacob. More

Took a long time Oil change, fix a tire that had a nail, and rotate the tires, with an appointment, took 4 hours. I will say that the service rep kept me updated whic Oil change, fix a tire that had a nail, and rotate the tires, with an appointment, took 4 hours. I will say that the service rep kept me updated which was good. It's a good thing I had time to wait. On the fixed tire, I had to fill it up with air when I got home. Apparently they plugged the hole but didn't fill it with the same amount of air as the other three. More
