He was very responsive and efficiently answered all my questions and we agreed on price before I went to the dealership. There were no surprises upon arriving, and I was through buying and trading in my used Pilot in about two hours including Randy the finance manager who pleasantly assisted in financing through Honda. I am 66 of age and have bought many cars including 4 Honda's and this was by far my most pleasant buying experience. My thanks to both William and Randy as well as Justin Dunn who is the internet director. Last but not least I think that their prices are fair and a reasonable value was provided for my trade in.
