Incorrect information on odometer/ knowledgeable sales assoc Very upset that I was told to sign for an odometer reading that wasn’t even correct I was charged more money for a vehicle because the odometer on the Very upset that I was told to sign for an odometer reading that wasn’t even correct I was charged more money for a vehicle because the odometer on the paperwork showed almost 1800 miles less than on the actual odometer that I drove off with. Granted I am in process of having this fixed but still very upset that I wasn’t taken seriously enough with the finance manager and was told “it’s too late for me to fix it now.” Not appropriate although the overall experience of purchasing the vehicle was very nice. Sales associates are very caring and educated on the products. Will definitely recommend to purchase from here because of the sales associates the finance managers on the other hand need some additional training as to what is proper when documenting an odometer reading per legal guidelines. More

Our (internet) salesman Jacob was easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the various Honda products including specific versions, which are many. We selected a 2018 Pilot EX AWD and worked a fairly decent deal through his manager Brian Ridge (aka "Bridge"). The gent in the finance department was also helpful and informative. We would certainly recommend this dealership. More

Very unprofessional and deceiving I have been a loyal Honda customer for 20 years and although I will probably continue to drive a Honda, I will never use the Fort Myers dealership aga I have been a loyal Honda customer for 20 years and although I will probably continue to drive a Honda, I will never use the Fort Myers dealership again. I visited Honda of Fort Myers in July to trade in my lease as it was up. I explained the situation to my salesman, Julio (who was fired within a week of my sale), that I was over in my mileage and would like to lease another vehicle. I understood that in order to keep my monthly payment close to the same amount, i would not be able to lease the same car, a CRV-LX, because of the overage in miles. After 3 hours of working numbers out based on what they could give me for my current car, I ended up settling for a Civic-EX. Although I was not as happy due to lack of leather and power seats, I understood that I had to settle for a lessor vehicle due to trading in a car with high mileage. After an additional 2 hours waiting for the finance department and another hour negotiating monthly payment, I left Honda with my new leased Civic. 1 month later, I receive a large bill from Honda Financial for overage in mileage, turn-in fee, and July's payment. Honda Financial stated they probably had not received check from dealership yet, but they were confused as to why I had a turn-in fee if I leased another vehicle. Brandon, from Fort Myers dealership answered my call, stated my salesman was let go and James Poole would assist me in taking care of situation. After several weeks of working with James, going back into dealership and continued phone calls stating he was working on it, I found out James relocated to SC and no longer worked there. I have now been dealing with Brandon for the last week, who has not followed through with trying to work something out, nor does he return my phone calls. I have left several messages and am now in a position to have to take off time from work to go back into the dealership to get this error worked out. I should not be responsible for any fees, especially due to overage in mileage since my salesman worked out the numbers based on the condition of my car when I traded it in. The continued promises from the employees I spoke to that were going to help resolve this is discouraging. I am hopeful that things do get resolved and I can change my review to satisfied customer, but at this time, I am far from satisfied and feel that Honda of Fort Myers is providing the lowest grade of customer satisfaction that a person could receive. More
