David Ortiz, he made our experience very comfortable by going the extra mile to show us vehicles, and explaining the history/details of the certified pre-owned cars that I was looking for in a very courteous and joyful manner. He was very proficient in handling the business and updating or information into the system, and sitting with us through the whole process to clarify the details of the negotiation process as we worked towards the best budget budget for the purchase of our certified pre-owned vehicle. The entire staff was courteous respectful and very professional. Going forward , I feel very comfortable to refer friends and family to Honda of Fort Myers to purchase quality vehicles and I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from them as long as I live in Florida. As a woman, I was very uncomfortable with my past experience purchasing vehicles, but David help me to feel comfortable purchasing my pre-owned with confidence. Thank you very much David Ortiz, Marcus the finance manager and Ryan Gillman for your support as well. I am very happy with my vehicle, and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate you 10 and higher! Wait time was short, coffee was good, and even had time for popcorn. I insist on driving a clean vehicle so they also was my Odyssey. I asked for the tires to be rotated and was told the service guy would make that determination. It was not done. This is my first Honda. My previous vehicles had tire rotation at every 5000 miles. Losing their touch This dealership was bought out recently and the new owners do things different from the old one. My previous lease for my 2016 Honda Civic had the war This dealership was bought out recently and the new owners do things different from the old one. My previous lease for my 2016 Honda Civic had the warranty included with the deal that I agreed to. This time I leased a 2018 Honda Civic and it was not included. I was working on my deal with my salesman and we settled on a monthly payment that I was happy with. Then when I went to sign the paperwork with the finance department I was asked what warranty program I wanted to go with and they proceeded to inform me that my payment was going to be higher than the original monthly payment that my salesman and I had agreed to. Then I had to come back another day to get my windows tinted (this was included with my package and they couldn’t fit me in). When I went back two days later to get my windows tinted and they give me my keys back, the installer did not tint the brow on the front window. My salesman took the car back and ten minutes later I got my keys again. When inspected my tint job, there was water streaks running down the outside of the windows and some of the paint job. I was done with complaining and just left. My salesman was good. But the service department needs improvement. Whenever I have taken my car in for maintenance in the past, they are very slow. Even when I make an appointment for my visit. It seems like there are too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Get your s$$$ together Honda of Fort Myers. More
