They Relentlessly try to screw you. Unfortunately I have to now live with the mistakes of signing for this new car. They ended up jacking my interest up and charging me more than sticker price and used an excuse "well, were giving you more for your trade in". This is my 4th Honda I've purchased and will be my last. More

Great service and waiting room The service lady who helped me was very nice and and went above and beyond. I usually hate waiting at dealerships but I enjoyed waiting here. In their little movie theater type area I got to watch a great movie and enjoy some fresh popcorn and didn't even notice I had been there for almost an hour and a half. Vs being in other dealerships and that hour and a half feels like 6 hours. I will definitely be returning here again for my service. More

I had a question about the “key” a couple of days after purchase and he was very helpful even then, after he made the sale. I would recommend anyone/everyone go to Honda of Ft Myers when they are interested in a vehicle and see him. Bruce was the person I saw for financing and he, like Will, was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. I am so pleased with my experience. 10/10! More
