I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with a better auto dealership, and I’ve been buying cars for over 40 years. This transaction was amazingly fast. I knew what I wanted to do and told Julian. He went about building a bridge to my objective. In less than 20 minutes we found a mutually acceptable deal to be made. The remaining time they spent making sure our new CR-V was delivered in spotless shape, with expertly delivered orientation and instructions. The whole team was great. Julian is the best! More
