Regained our business Ed and Marcus were awesome! We had a bad visit with a sales rep the last time we entered the store. Sadly the young lady that we spoke to the last tim Ed and Marcus were awesome! We had a bad visit with a sales rep the last time we entered the store. Sadly the young lady that we spoke to the last time did not seem to know what she was doing and her numbers were all over the place. On the same vehicle that we purchased on Saturday she had us putting $10,000 down with no trade in and payments would have been in the high $600's. After sitting down with Ed and Marcus we paid the difference between our trade in and payoff of our previous vehicle and walked out at payments just above $500. Clearly she did not know what she was doing. Ed and Marcus both saved your dealership and Honda customers that were ready to jump ship and get into a different brand of vehicles. Buying a car is never a fun adventure but Ed and Marcus made it pleasurable and no pressure. My wife is very pleased with her new CR-V and I am sure we will come back when she's ready to upgrade.
