2014 Honda Acoord needed a starter. I called Honda of Fort Myers at 9:02 and left a message for my service advisor Ivan. I got offnof work at 1:30pm and arrived at Honda at or around 2:4 I called Honda of Fort Myers at 9:02 and left a message for my service advisor Ivan. I got offnof work at 1:30pm and arrived at Honda at or around 2:45p.m. As of that point Ivan still has not called me back. I dealt with Zac when I arrived and was told that my 2014 Accord did in fact need a starter. I'm a year over the warrantee on the model year and 1,000 over on the milage and Honda of Fort Myers was unwilling to help me at all. More

They didn't even come to me and ask if I would like to have that addressed, being that the car is in there already. Now I will have to take it back to someone else to address the brake light that is out. I will say Dave Doden was a nice guy, that's about it. More
