Your agency merely had to speak to my bank manager for my out of state check. As my ex patient and friend, she could have stated that the check would clear without problems. Wasted a lot of my wife and my time with a very slow and inefficient way to receive payment. More

BETTER than I expected Travis was the service manager. He was great. Met me the night before at 545pm to confirm what i watched to accomplish. But if not, there was no charge. That is all i wanted to hear. No games. I was there the next day at 645 AM. Daniele was my service advisor. Within 1 hour she confirmed 3 items. Parts needed to be ordered. They told me 2 days. It was. I went back & in 3 hours everything was done. I enjoyed waiting in the movie room. They had a custom coffee machine, fresh bagels & cream cheese, and later, fresh popcorn. It was a treat to be there. Everything works fine. I would go back there 100% if i ever had the need. After i talked to Travis again. Super friendly. He said his goal was to have every customer be a satisfied one. Goal accomplished my friend. Thank you More
