I had a great experience with Honda of Fort Myers! I had one quick phone call with Susan, the Internet sales manager, and came in that same evening and met with Dominic and Alex. They worked very hard and very fast to help me get out of my upside-down lease and into a new vehicle. I really appreciate their willingness to work with me and their respect for my time. I was in and out with a new vehicle in less than 3 hours, after spending several days prior to that going back and forth with another Honda dealership. Andrew in the finance dept was also great! Well I would have given a 4 I didn’t because the sales department was wonderful. When parked not so much only because some woman with an accent was fairly rude when asking us to move in the service dept. department was wonderful. But anyways we worked with Ashton he was new but he was very attentive, friendly and patient. His brother who worked in the financial part of it & other gentleman including the sales manager who assisted. They were all nice honest and patient too which we highly APPRECIATE. I was unfortunately involved in a 4 car collision. My credit is not very hot so they were trying to help me get a car. They were not pushy whatsoever which was great. I didn’t feel hounded by people when we walked in. I forgot about the not so pleasant approach initially. I’m utterly grateful they were able to assist me so I can come by and buy a car. Thanks guys!
