She already knew how hard it was for me to give up my Tahoe so she did not try to steer me away into looking at anything else or settling for something different that I did not want. She was determined to help me. At first she didn’t think it was possible lol but she made it happen and I couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from all ends! Very surprised with the service. I've been an automotive technician for close to 13 years now and I brought my Accord in for the two airbag recalls. They finished it very quickly and I've been an automotive technician for close to 13 years now and I brought my Accord in for the two airbag recalls. They finished it very quickly and professionally. The inspection sheet was very accurate. I could not believe it was not just quickly filled out due to a warranty job with no customer pay items. Brandon and the tech did not try to sell me anything that the vehicle did not need. It has over 150k miles on it and is very reliable still at this time. Thank you guys. More

He was professional and followed up to make sure my needs were met. But I did not like working with Marcus Lockhart. He was too pushy on the warranty and kept trying to get me to spend more money without even asking my financial situation and what my need was for the car. He made it seem like I was making a big mistake when in the end, his opinion does not matter. When I was reading over the contracts, that he apparently knows very well, he kept talking instead of giving me the chance to read the information throughly and in quiet. I felt like he was just trying to make his commission and go home instead of having an open conversation to understand why I refused the extra warranty. It was very disappointing to be treated like that. U More
