Salesman called me 24hrs later that forgot to give licence b I went to see cars to buy for my son for his graduation..gave the salesman my license that he asked for..they forgot to return and called me 24 hrs la I went to see cars to buy for my son for his graduation..gave the salesman my license that he asked for..they forgot to return and called me 24 hrs later to tell me they forgot to give it back..in the mean time..If i had a plane to catch , or prescription , or stop by the police i would have had a big problem..they did not feel it was important to notify me asap..very incompetent, and unprofessional..ill never go back...thats how they feel about a new protentional customer. Quick and courteous. I can't comment on price because I lease all my cars from here so I never pay for service but they are usually quick and polite.
