The service department was friendly and efficient. The lease specialist did an excellent job of balancing Honda’s Interests and my wants and needs. Two years ago I had a negative experience with a Honda lease agent. I thought I was done with the dealership. The new agent, Jacob Miles changed my mind. He patiently discussed all options with me. Two sales people and finances lied to us for 6 hours They were very dishonest. It was very important for the car to be put in my daughter's name and me, her mother as a cosigner. They did the exact opposite, knowingly and on purpose to make sure they got the sale. We had to come back the next day and it took another 3 hours to where she was late for work and I had to miss my doctor's appointment which they knew about. The finance guy didn't know what he was doing and the salesman were lying just to get the a lender. I will never recommend them and if there was no stars that's what they would get from me. More
