Disappointed Brought my car in for simple service/maintenance as I have been for the last 3 years and this time around was my last. Very upset to say the least I will not be back. Brought up my complaint to my service tech and a BS apology was all he had to offer. Definitely do not feel appreciated. More

When my lease was coming to an end this year, I knew I had to call Burlin! (And really, if we could adopt him into our family, we would!) He walked me through every option, never rushed or pressured me. He worked to find exactly what we wanted with the best deal for us. We decided to lease the 2019 Odyssey, and I’m so happy! Service experience was good accept for Cam in for a recall. Work that was completed was satisfactory. Customer service was good. However, price was quite expensive for a diagnosis for unrel Cam in for a recall. Work that was completed was satisfactory. Customer service was good. However, price was quite expensive for a diagnosis for unrelated problem. $130 seems high for a service light quote. Knowing this is less than a 30 min job its surprising that this was the price. Service tech was helpful but was rude to fellow employee. Fellow employee walked up during transaction to ask a question which seemed important. Service tech reprimanded fellow employee in front of me and told her she was with a customer. After transaction I could overhear service technician loudly berating employee in the other room for interrupting the transaction. Disappointing to see that kind of treatment to fellow employee. I would have gladly waited for the service tech to answer the question. I would return but it left me a bad feeling to know that I was well treated as a customer at the expense of someone else. Sorry Daniella, not acceptable. More
