Well I would have given a 4 I didn’t because the sales department was wonderful. When parked not so much only because some woman with an accent was fairly rude when asking us to move in the service dept. department was wonderful. But anyways we worked with Ashton he was new but he was very attentive, friendly and patient. His brother who worked in the financial part of it & other gentleman including the sales manager who assisted. They were all nice honest and patient too which we highly APPRECIATE. I was unfortunately involved in a 4 car collision. My credit is not very hot so they were trying to help me get a car. They were not pushy whatsoever which was great. I didn’t feel hounded by people when we walked in. I forgot about the not so pleasant approach initially. I’m utterly grateful they were able to assist me so I can come by and buy a car. Thanks guys! Disappointing and Unresponsive – Avoid if You Value Your Time I reached out to Honda of Fort Myers for an out-the-door price on a vehicle, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initia Time I reached out to Honda of Fort Myers for an out-the-door price on a vehicle, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, I was told they were "working on it," yet after almost a week of waiting, there was no response. When I submitted another inquiry online, I was contacted by Susan, the same person I had already been waiting on. Instead of providing the information I requested, she insisted that I had to come in to get the "best price" and outright refused to provide the out-the-door number. I asked multiple times if they would accept a draft from Suncoast Credit Union, and that question was completely ignored. When Susan finally texted me, I called her out on the lack of response and told her if they couldn’t provide the info, I’d take my business elsewhere. No response. This is exactly why people don’t trust dealerships. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple out-the-door price, and I refuse to play these dealership games. I’ll be taking my Suncoast draft to a dealer that actually values customers. If you're looking for honest and transparent pricing, I suggest you go elsewhere. More
