It was not the experience I remember from years ago buying my first Honda. I have stellar credit. We liked the car agreed on price and told the sales person the deal depended on the interest rate. We go back to find out rates and he tries to get us to sign without knowing the deal. My husband told him we’re not signing anything until we see the terms. Then after we agree we let them know we need to inspect the car after it’s detailed. Once we inspect the car and agree it took another hour to get back and sign papers. Then when we are ready to go we can’t get the keys because the sales guy has the keys and is on another test drive. Very disappointing. They do not make you feel like this is A special experience at all. Literally just a sale and then forgotten about. I will not recommend this dealership at all. The car sells itself. I could have gotten the keys from a kiosk. I did not need a salesperson. More

I am a long time customer of this company. No longer. I bought 2 cars a week ago and the deal was such a struggle.
