He demonstrated all the bells and whistles of all the vehicles we test drove in a manner my wife and I could understand. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us something we weren't comfortable with. Kelly the Sales receptionist was awesome and most kind during all our visits.  She came outside and chased me down in the parking lot when I forgot some paperwork. Alex the manager was kind enough to make us thumb flash drive's of all our documents.
