Disorganized, at least 4 people met with us. Nobody gave me a business card so names were always in hiding. The individual (Rafael) who made the dealership appointment was not made available to me but Jose went to confirm details with Rafael. Misrepresentations: When Jose started to review my trade in and purchase details which were established verbally between Rafael and me. I was trading in a lease end 2023 Ridgeline for 2026 CRV-EXL. Rafael sent me a text showing a c/w VIN# white 2026 CRV-EXL. Jose then spent almost a hour trying to convince me a 2026 was identical to a 2025. Of course that is not truthful. Wheel rims are different and the CRT is 2” smaller on a 2025 just to name two very obvious differences. I’m sure Honda has a bigger list. Then Jose tried to convince me the $499 monthly lease payment was fair. What else would it be, unfair? We were now 3+ hours into this discussion/badgering. Dishonest: Jose then said it was a honest mistake by Rafael and asked me to find a way to overlook the deceitful act. I was working with another Honda salesmen and I now have tell him about this fiasco as I was working on a 2026 with him. My wife was with me and this experience was anything but enjoyable. 3:45 to 8:15. So I decided to lease the 2025. Jose offered wanted to give us something to make it better. We settled on a passenger window tint. Jose has not called or made arrangements to get this done. I can also say this is the worst end of sale program, I’ve ever experienced. No body spent any time to go over the CRT features. Setting up GPs, etc, etc. NOTHING. SHAMEFUL. Finally, the lease package, which required at least 32x2 signatures was not reviewed by us with Alejandro Arochena. Upon reviewing it today, it looks like I asked Morgan Insurance for an insurance quote and authorizing them to pull my credit. Which I did not request or want. I am seriously thinking about hiring a lawyer to review these contracts and determine if there are liability issues. I plan to contact the BBB. Worst experience in my life. More
