Very bad experience. At least 8 different salespeople who did not share my information. Went to meet one of them after my first visit at 8am and he never showed up. Was promised tint to be installed the next morning. Got a call at noon saying salesman didn't show up for work so nothing happened until the next day. Got the car home and noticed only the jack was in the trunk. No tire iron, extension, or way to change a tire. Chatted online to find out what else was missing and was told he would take care of it. Got 2 calls back by 2 more salesmen to sell me a car instead. Just Terrible! More

I feel after the first day of having the new 2025 Honda accord it shouldn’t have not had problems with the air conditioner if the would have been fully checked and full inspection.
