My first experience has made me a customer for life I can't say enough good things about Honda of Fishers. From the time I stepped into the showroom until the time I drove off the lot in my brand new 2 I can't say enough good things about Honda of Fishers. From the time I stepped into the showroom until the time I drove off the lot in my brand new 2016 Honda Civic EX, the entire process was painless and enjoyable. I had "built" a car on the Honda website and submitted it to Honda of Fishers. Within minutes I received an email from their scheduler asking when I could come in for a test drive. I scheduled it for a day I had off from work and was put in the very capable hands of Tim Goodman. This man is the epitome of customer service. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt no pressure from him to close the deal. He knew what I wanted and then asked me a couple questions regarding my choice in car package as, based on what I told him about my driving habits, there were some options I would be paying for that just weren't really worth the cost, in his opinion. I heard him out and what he had to say made a lot of sense. I live 5 miles away from work and don't drive much other than that. So the idea of having the Turbo-injected engine and Sensing tech made little sense. We test drove an regular EX and I immediately fell in love with the car. The handling, acceleration, all the features. Everything about it hit my wants/needs list. When we pulled back in, he pumped me up for the sale. I came with my own financing setup, but when he crunched the numbers on their advertised leasing plan, it just made a lot more sense to lease instead of purchase...especially with all the included coverage that would essentially mean the only thing I would have to do is put gas in it and drive. The rest of the process was smooth and, within the hour, I was walking out the proud owner of my first brand-spanking-new car. Both Honda of Fishers and Tim Goodman far exceeded my expectations and has made me a customer for life. More
