Rick has been fantastic! He listens to our needs and concerns. He never tries to "sell" us anything, which is most appreciated. Can't imagine going anywhere else. The dealership as such is friendly and efficient. Having the cars serviced there is almost a pleasure (and is indeed a pleasure to the extent having to bring your car in can be)! Car was worked on Took my car in to be worked on for brakes after a week they called me it was done. Paid went to my car my windshield was cracked and they knew but they waited until I noticed it, and it took 2 hours of yelling to get it worked out, I was going to buy a new car from them, the manager never called me , the staff and all treated me pretty bad, don't trust these people, after 3 mo. My brakes are making bad sounds so they are all full . More
