The test drive was nothing like my previous Honda’s from my 20s and 30s - much nicer interior with plenty of acceleration and all the reliability and good design I remembered so well. New car buy experience Customer service is only good until sale is completed. Expected a better service and response via emails and calls on subsequent requests. I recognized only after buying that other dealers provide better deals and offers. When I asked for a minimal one atleast like all weather floor mats, I did not get proper response. I had to follow up multiple times to know the status. The request was turned down anyway. Even after going for EX-L model in CRV nothing in terms of additional benefits or offers in this dealership. New venhicle had more miles on it which was not communicated upfront while signing lease and it quoted just 10 miles. Nothing done to compensate that as well. More
