Appointment setting for customer service at Honda of Fishers 8-17-2021. Requested a recall appt. First appt offered was for the Friday of the holiday weekend, explained that won’t work w the holiday. Se Fishers 8-17-2021. Requested a recall appt. First appt offered was for the Friday of the holiday weekend, explained that won’t work w the holiday. Second offer was Tuesday after the holiday weekend. Provided the same reason that would not work. Appointment setter’s tone changed and her response was, “Why don’t you just tell me what will work”. I told her I would go somewhere else. I’m the prime customer for them, I have an older Honda and was looking forward to the loaner vehicle for the opportunity to test drive a newer Honda. More
