Was able to get an appointment for Friday morning of the same week. Crystal, who handled my case from the initial email, to the follow up phone call telling me it was ready, was a joy to work with. She has handled many of oil changes, and has been able to tackle all of my needs in a hastily manner. I am only in Fife on the weekends, so fitting in all these services in a short time span is crucial. The fresh baked cookies only add to the joy, but i can definitely say Crystal gets me started on the right foot before i even enter the service center. Also, make sure you check the service discounts section. I have always been able to apply at the very least 20% discounts to any services i have rendered from Honda of Fife. Overall very pleased with my experiences. More

Raj Rocks Raj knows his stuff. He was incredibly thorough in his explanation of the CR-V. I started with internet sales because I didn't want to get a 1st year Raj knows his stuff. Jennifer/Bridget handed me off to Raj and he had the experience I wanted. I'm not to happy with the residual on the lease. This is NOT Raj's fault but rather what the pricing desk had to do to meet my constraints. Time will tell (I estimate 36 months) if this residual will screw me. Overall though, the price is what I expected and wanted. More
